Nicola Read -
Office Manager
Nicola is a highly experienced Office Manager with over 40 years in the construction industry. She plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business. Her responsibilities include managing the Sage accounts for both purchase and sales ledger, overseeing Sage Payroll, preparing VAT Returns, and handling all banking requirements. Nicola is also the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication at all times.
In addition to her financial and administrative expertise, Nicola designed the company's website, reflecting her proactive approach within the business. With exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, she is instrumental in keeping the office running seamlessly.
Matthew Dempsey -
Site Manager/Steel Erector

In addition to his fabrication and welding expertise, Jason also supports the team with deliveries when required, ensuring materials and finished products reach site safely and on time. His versatility and willingness to step in wherever needed make him a valuable member of the team.

Semi Skilled Erector
Michael is a semi-skilled steel erector who, despite being relatively new to the team, has quickly made a positive impression. He brings a great level of enthusiasm to his work, both on site and in the workshop, and is always willing to get stuck in. With a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, Michael is developing his skills and proving to be a valuable addition to the team.

Derek is a hands-on Director with over 50 years of experience in the steelwork and metalwork industry. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise, he plays a key role in the fabrication side of the business, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
Peter Murray -
Works Foreman/Fabricator
Peter is an experienced Works Foreman and Fabricator with over 45 years in the industry. He plays a key role in overseeing workshop operations while remaining actively involved in both shop floor fabrication and on-site installations.
Specialising in handrails and staircases, Peter brings a high level of skill, precision, and craftsmanship to every project. His hands-on approach and extensive experience ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, from initial fabrication through to final installation.
With a strong work ethic and a wealth of practical knowledge, Peter is an integral part of the team, consistently delivering quality and reliability across all aspects of the business.

Sonny is a dedicated trainee fabricator welder who is currently attending college alongside his role, working towards becoming a fully qualified professional in the industry. He is highly hands-on in the workshop and on site, showing great enthusiasm and commitment to learning new skills.
